Cosmetic Upgrade with Structural Improvements for a Repeat Client

Another job for a repeat client who we previously completed an extensive landscaping and alfresco project for. It’s always great feedback to know our clients want to work with us again.

This time, the project consisted of an internal cosmetic renovation with a few structural alterations. A new polyurethane shaker-style kitchen was installed with a walk-in pantry, stone benchtops and new appliances.

Internal walls were moved and altered to accommodate a larger kitchen. The existing kitchen window was removed, and the opening was made larger, with structural works completed to suit a wider window for the new modern layout. The laundry also received a complete renovation, including new cabinetry, stone benchtops, floor tiling and splashbacks.

New laminate timber flooring was installed throughout the ground floor, along with new internal and external doors, new door locks, new skirting, and new door and window architraves throughout the home. New carpet was installed on the first floor, and the rear walls of the house were rendered and painted.

To complete the new look, the home was freshly painted internally and in the alfresco area.
