Neutral Bay Luxury Apartment Renovation

Full Interior Transformation with High-End Finishes

Working in conjunction with the client and their interior designer, we transformed this dated and tired apartment into a luxury home.

The project involved a large apartment in a small boutique block on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. In need of a complete renovation, the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, floor coverings and wardrobes were all fully stripped out. We also created a new opening from the kitchen to the living area through structural alterations to the existing brick wall, and installed two new Velux skylights to the main bathroom and ensuite.

A new hand-painted shaker-style kitchen was installed using Porters Paints, complete with book-matched marble benchtops and splashback, brass English tapware, a new gas fireplace and luxury lighting throughout.

Engineered timber flooring was installed through the living areas.

Both the main bathroom and ensuite featured extensive use of marble tiles, custom-made vanities and underfloor heating, along with the new Velux skylights that now provide generous natural light.

A new walk-in robe was created for the main bedroom, including shaker-style doors featuring a book-matched wallpaper mural to enhance the luxury feel.

The entire apartment was repainted using Porters Paints, including Porters Fresco finish to the kitchen walls.
