Full Carpentry Package for a Three-Level Luxury Residence

This is the first of two projects we completed for this client.

This luxury architecturally designed home featured a pool, wine cellar, and extensive garaging and storage over three levels.

We were contracted to supply all carpentry labour for the project, which included minor demolition works, erection of structural steel beams and columns, full floor, wall and conventional roof framing, and the installation of all custom-made timber windows and external sliding and stacking door units.

We also clad the internal garage walls with furniture-grade plywood as per the architectural details.

The complete internal fitout was carried out by our team, including hanging all internal doors, installing architraves and skirting boards, laying all hardwood tongue-and-groove flooring, and fitting all door and window hardware and bathroom accessories.

We worked on this project for more than six months.
