Timber Replacement, Repointing & New Flashings to Front Façade

This job in Coogee involved repair works to rotted and decaying timber on the front gable, along with repointing roof tiles and replacing the cladding and flashings.

We had scaffolding erected for safe access and proceeded to replace the existing timber barge boards and barge mouldings, matching the original sizes and profiles. The existing lead flashings were replaced, the gable was reclad, and the hip capping and barge were repointed. Finally, the area received a fresh coat of paint.

Done, dusted, shiny and new — another quick and easy repair.
