An outdoor kitchen and ModWood composite decking formed part of this luxury build. As part of the main construction, a new garage was built at the rear of the property, and an outdoor kitchen was incorporated into the polished concrete slab benchtop, which cantilevered out over the space.

A Carrara marble splashback, built-in BBQ and outdoor cabinetry were included in the final design, along with a ModWood decking entry walkway and extensive ModWood screening along the property boundary.
