Structural Joist Replacement, New Handrail & Weatherboard Upgrades

This client had only just moved into the home when they contacted us to carry out a series of structural and cosmetic repairs.

Works included replacing several of the existing hardwood floor joists to the first-floor deck, installing a new hardwood perimeter fascia board, fitting a new handrail, and replacing areas of decaying timber weatherboards.

In addition, we lined the garage ceiling with fibre cement sheeting to improve the appearance and create a cleaner, more finished look.

The client arranged to complete the painting themselves.
