Low-Maintenance Decking with Hardwood Handrails & Deck Lighting

This composite timber deck was part of a larger renovation and extension to a home on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. It created a seamless flow from the indoors to the outdoors and provided a cosy, inviting alfresco area while utilising low-maintenance composite decking.

The handrails were constructed from oiled hardwood with stainless steel cables, and low-voltage deck lights were incorporated into the design to enhance the space.
