Not going to take the credit for this one — but it deserves to be shown off.

These two concrete bars were poured in situ with a detailed wedge design and built-in LED strip lighting. The craftsmanship in the formwork is seriously impressive.

They were built by an old carpenter mate of mine, Tony Brazil — decades of experience in joinery and detailed carpentry, and it shows. One of those builds where the level of care and precision is on another level.

We handled the bifold door installation and a range of other upgrades across this stunning waterfront home, but this feature deserved its own spotlight.
